About The Position
Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator to join their team. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a starting pay of $19.50 per hour. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, using RF and Voice technology for order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Ferguson is a leading distributor and a Fortune 500 company committed to building careers and supporting its associates.
Requirements
- Dependable, positive, and ready to work

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Team player who takes safety seriously
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull outbound customer orders
- Use RF and Voice technology to pick, sort, scan, and prep orders
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and on time
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and accident-free
- Follow all HSE safety policies and procedures
