About The Position
This is an opportunity for a full-time DVM to become a co-owner of the Union Hill practice, which has a loyal client base and is experiencing steady growth. This is a partnership model where the veterinarian will buy into meaningful equity ownership and share in the practice's growth and value. The co-owner will have autonomy in medical decision-making, with no mandated protocols or corporate formulary restrictions. They will decide on workups and treatment plans, and benefit from long-term client relationships. The role involves owning and operating an established caseload, leading medical decisions and clinic culture, and having a voice in equipment, hiring, and scheduling.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia.
- Small animal general practice experience.
- Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
- Genuine interest in ownership and building a practice.
- Judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Practice veterinary medicine with autonomy in medical decision-making.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Contribute to clinic culture and leadership.
- Participate in decisions regarding equipment, hiring, and scheduling.
- Build and maintain relationships with a loyal client base.
