About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cooler Stocker to join our team. This position is responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining products in refrigerated coolers to ensure shelves remain full, clean, and properly rotated. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a cold environment, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish beverages and other refrigerated products in store coolers
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
- Keep cooler areas clean, organized, and properly labeled
- Monitor product dates and remove expired items
- Assist with deliveries and moving products to the cooler
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and are easily accessible for customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Check for inventory damages
