About The Position

Requirements

• Currently reside in the Louisville area.
• Must have Tuesday and Thursday availability.
• Can commit to coaching a minimum of 2 seasons (16 weeks).
• Can travel to Middletown and surrounding areas.
• Ready to start training ASAP.
• Energetic, reliable, and organized.
• Comfortable working with young children.
• Able to model children's soccer skills.
• Comfortable standing, jogging, and staying active.
• Professional and dependable.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead 35–40 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Make soccer fun and exciting.
• Build confidence and character.
• Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities.
• Create positive experiences for every child.
• Communicate with families and teachers.
• Set up and pack away equipment.
• Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
