About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN to join their growing home-health clinical field team in Dekalb county and the surrounding area. This role focuses on providing patient-centered, one-on-one care in the comfort of patients' homes. The mission of Bridgeway Home Health is to provide compassionate home-based care, recognizing the valuable relationships with employees, providers, and the communities they serve.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current SLP license in the state of Georgia
- Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting focused one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Administering speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
- Providing care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
