Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered the idea of casual dining. Maggiano's Little Italy opened its doors in Chicago and continues the Italian American tradition. Maggiano's is committed to helping others, hosting special events, and creating memories. They support the Make-A-Wish Foundation for children with life-threatening medical conditions, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to assist employees in need. The Front of the House team, which includes Maitre D's, Servers, Foodrunners, Bussers, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisors, Host/Hostesses, and Bartenders, welcomes Guests into a slice of Italian Americana. This team of fast-paced professionals aims to make Guests feel special, encouraging them to break bread together and celebrate life.
