The purpose of this position is to expedite the food orders directly from the Kitchen lines to the dining rooms, ensuring complete and accurate dispatch to Food runners. The role involves setting up the line with proper dishes, filling garnishing coolers, garnishing food items per menu and chef's instructions, cleaning plates, and modifying food items as per special instructions. Communication with servers, cooks, and food runners is essential to clarify orders and ensure proper garnishments.
