Bartender - Richmond Maggiano's
About The Position
Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area. They also prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered 'casual dining' and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a 'slice of Italian American tradition come to life'. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Bartenders, aims to make Guests feel special and welcome them into a 'slice of Italian Americana'.
