Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's, part of Brinker International, pioneered the idea of “casual dining”. Maggiano’s Little Italy opened its doors in Chicago and today is a slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which they call The Maggiano's Way. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, Servers, Foodrunners, Bussers, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisors, and Bartenders, welcomes Guests into the restaurants to break bread and celebrate life, with the primary goal of making Guests feel special.
