About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's Little Italy is part of Brinker International, which pioneered the idea of "casual dining". Brinker International is the name behind good food, good times and great places to work. Maggiano’s is described as a slice of Italian American tradition come to life. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, referred to as The Maggiano's Way. The Front of the House team, which includes Hosts, welcomes Guests into a slice of Italian Americana, aiming to make Guests feel special.
