About The Position

Hosts at Maggiano’s are responsible for creating the first and last impression for Guests. They greet and seat Guests, answer phones, take reservations, maintain an accurate wait when needed, and bid farewell to Guests. As part of the Front of the House team, Hosts help welcome Guests and make them feel special while contributing to a fast-paced dining experience centered on bringing people together.
