About The Position

Hosts are responsible for making the first and last impression on Maggiano’s Guests. They greet and seat Guests, answer phones, take reservations, maintain an accurate wait when necessary, and bid farewell to Guests. As part of the fast-paced Front of the House team, Hosts welcome Guests into the restaurant and help make them feel special.
