About The Position

The Host is responsible for creating the first and last impression of Maggiano’s for its Guests. The role welcomes and seats Guests, answers phones, takes reservations, maintains an accurate wait when needed, and bids farewell to Guests. Hosts are part of the fast-paced Front of the House team, whose goal is to make Guests feel special and help them enjoy their visit.
