About The Position

The Maitre D' oversees the dining room, including placement of large parties, greeting and seating Guests, and serving as a goodwill ambassador. The role is part of Maggiano's Front of the House team, which welcomes Guests and helps them feel special while they gather to celebrate. The work takes place in a fast-paced restaurant environment and involves energetic service and carrying heavy plates.
