About The Position

Our Maitre D's are a point person responsible for overseeing the dining room including placement of large parties, acting as a goodwill ambassador to Guests and greeting and seating Guests in the dining room. Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, is a pioneer in casual dining, founded on the idea of bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, known as 'The Maggiano's Way'. The company emphasizes creating special memories for guests and giving back to the community, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and also assisting its own employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Maitre D's, Servers, Foodrunners, Bussers, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisors, Host/Hostesses, and Bartenders, aims to make guests feel special in a fast-paced, Italian-American dining environment.
