About The Position

The Host is responsible for welcoming Guests and creating a positive first and last impression of Maggiano’s. This role greets and seats Guests, answers phones, takes reservations, maintains an accurate wait when needed, and bids farewell to Guests. Hosts are part of the Front of the House team, which works to make Guests feel special and help them celebrate with family and friends in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
