About The Position
Proof is a leading nationwide legal services company that connects independent process servers with firms and individuals seeking their services. Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. You can set your own schedule and determine your workload. Claim the work you want to complete and track your earnings using an industry-leading mobile app. Proof provides support through a dedicated operational specialist with every serve!
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
- Ability to scan and print documents.
- Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
Nice To Haves
- National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
