About The Position
At the Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service in a stunning environment. Our property embraces the local history and heritage of the music industry in the Shoals area. For many years the Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa Shoals has been the premier hotel in the entire region, offering luxury, modern amenities, and spectacular dining options to our guests. We are seeking a dynamic, quality-focused Banquet Server to join our banquets team.
Requirements
- Must be able to serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly.
- Must check customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
- Must prioritize exceptional customer service.
- Must observe and comply with all requirements, training, and restrictions set forth by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board.
- Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve wine, draught or bottled beer, and other beverages responsibly, checking customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, focusing on guest satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant and memorable visit.
- Observe and comply with all requirements, training, and restrictions set forth by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board to ensure strict adherence to alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by wiping all surfaces nightly and cleaning the floors regularly.
