About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies within a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or badges, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area concerns, and policy violations according to post orders and client guidelines.
