About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior security experience is required.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond professionally during emergencies or unusual situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and report writing skills required.
• Ability to follow and reinforce detailed post orders and site procedures.
• Ability to complete accurate reports, logs, and shift documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and respond to incidents throughout the shift.
• Must be professional, reliable, and able to meet site expectations.
• Candidates must be willing and able to complete the NH licensing process.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lead, senior officer, supervisory, military, law enforcement, corrections, dispatch, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or gatehouse experience is a plus.
• Valid NH Security Guard license/guard card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for officers during assigned shifts, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle access to the site, verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems, responding to alerts and escalating concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, safety concerns, and other incidents calmly and professionally.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, access records, and other required reports.
• Assist with onboarding and training new officers, reinforcing post orders and procedures.
• Follow and help reinforce all site-specific post orders, emergency procedures, and safety policies.
• Represent Securitas and the client with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence, setting an example for the team.
