About The Position
Assisted Home Health is looking for a per diem RN to help cover Lompoc and nearby areas (North County) for our Santa Barbara office. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing
- Current CPR
- Health clearance
- TB clearance
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs
- Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
- Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs
