About The Position

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated RN Supervisor to join their team. This role involves coordinating, managing, and evaluating resident care and unit operations, administering medications and treatments, and accurately documenting resident care. The position also involves leading the nursing team to provide exceptional care and fostering a collaborative, service-focused team environment. Requirements

  • Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
  • CPR Certified

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience as an RN preferred
  • Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
  • Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
  • Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations
  • Administer medication and treatment as ordered
  • Timely and accurately document resident care
  • Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care
  • Demonstrate and promote a collaborative service-focused team environment
