About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and GoogleSuite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) an Arizona Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, verify identification and patient status, answer general questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Verify guest eligibility, report patient allotments using the POS system, and direct guests to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Follow Arizona cannabis regulations and company policies while ensuring accurate patient verification and secure front desk operations.
• Process transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, accurately handle cash payments, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby while supporting other departments as business needs require.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate patient check-in and verification.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and balanced daily reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with Arizona cannabis regulations and company policies.
