About The Position
At Reliant ABA Therapy – Cypress, you’ll work in a smaller clinic environment with high access to supervision and a collaborative team culture. This location is perfect for RBTs who value connection, mentorship, and individualized support.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience in a clinic setting
- Familiarity with DTT, PECS, or PRT
- Comfort using electronic data systems
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Support skill development across communication, behavior, and daily living
- Collect and enter data using electronic tools
- Communicate closely with supervisors and teammates
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
