Behavior Technicians at Soar Autism Center help children ages 2–6 with autism learn, communicate, and grow through play. Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a great early career opportunity to build hands-on experience in psychology and child development while making a meaningful impact every day. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping children grow and may come from childcare, daycare, paraprofessional, direct support, behavioral health, education, or caregiving backgrounds. You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center. You will implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families. You will bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
