Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for its Elkhorn clinic to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is clinic-based and uses assent-based therapy to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors. Previous ABA experience is not required; Galliant provides paid training and covers course materials and national BACB exam fees for Registered Behavior Technician certification within the first eight weeks. Technicians work directly with children in a structured clinic environment, create positive learning experiences tailored to each child's care plan, and use an employer-provided tablet to record session metrics and objective progress notes. The role offers direct clinical guidance from BCBAs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.; occasional team meetings may extend to 5:00 p.m. The position is based at the Elkhorn clinic, with no travel between client homes.
