Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Training) – Urgently Hiring
About The Position
Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at its Bedford clinic. No prior ABA or healthcare experience is required. Galliant provides paid training and certification to help employees begin a career in behavioral health. The role is clinic-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Employees work under the clinical guidance and mentorship of BCBAs. The position pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance and compensation reviews every six months. Occasional team meetings may extend the workday to 5:00 PM. Galliant covers course materials and national BACB exam fees for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within the first eight weeks. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to the Bedford clinic.
- Comfort sitting on the floor, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and moving quickly to engage children safely.
- Reliability, high energy, and a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children in a structured clinic environment.
- Use compassionate, assent-based therapy to support functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors.
- Use an employer-provided tablet to record session metrics and objective daily progress notes in real time.
- Create a fun, positive learning environment tailored to each child's individual care plan.
