About The Position

Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at its Lincoln clinic. No prior ABA or healthcare experience is required. The employer provides paid training and the certification needed to begin a behavioral health career, including course materials and national BACB exam fees for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the first eight weeks. The role is clinic-based and scheduled during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Behavior Technicians work under the direct mentorship of BCBAs in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming setting. Compensation starts at $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance and compensation reviews every six months. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for the daily commute to the Lincoln clinic.
Comfort with sitting on the floor, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and moving quickly to engage children safely.
Reliability, high energy, and commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, one-on-one care to children in a structured clinic environment.
Use compassionate, assent-based therapy to build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors.
Use an employer-provided tablet to record session metrics and objective daily progress notes in real time.
Create a fun, positive learning environment tailored to each child's individual care plan.
