About The Position

Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for its Carrollton clinic. The role delivers compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a structured, fully clinic-based environment. No previous ABA or healthcare experience is required; Galliant provides paid training and the certification required to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), including course materials and national BACB exam fees within the first eight weeks. Behavior Technicians work under the guidance and mentorship of BCBAs, using assent-based therapy to build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors. Compensation starts at $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance and compensation reviews every six months and opportunities for career progression. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, a 401(k), life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
