Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians for its Cedar Hill clinic to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position is clinic-based and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Team meetings may occasionally extend the day to 5:00 PM. Behavior Technicians work under the direct mentorship of BCBAs in a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming environment. Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance and compensation evaluations every six months. Galliant covers course materials and national BACB exam fees for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the first eight weeks. The role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, paid holidays, a 401(k), life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
