Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Training)
About The Position
Galliant is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician for its Corsicana clinic to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No previous ABA or healthcare experience is necessary; Galliant provides paid training and the certification required to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The position is clinic-based and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. The Behavior Technician works under the clinical guidance and mentorship of BCBAs, using assent-based therapy to build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors. An employer-provided tablet is used for real-time data collection and progress notes. Galliant covers course materials and national BACB exam fees for RBT certification within the first eight weeks. Starting pay is $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with compensation and performance reviews every six months. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for the daily commute to the Corsicana clinic.
- Comfort with an active role involving sitting on the floor, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and moving quickly to engage children safely.
- Reliability, high energy, and commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.

Responsibilities
