Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in its Gretna clinic. No previous ABA or healthcare experience is required; Galliant provides paid training and certification support, including course materials and national BACB exam fees for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the first eight weeks. This is a clinic-based role with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:15 PM. Occasional team meetings may extend to 5:00 PM. Behavior Technicians work under direct mentorship from BCBAs and use assent-based therapy to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social engagement while reducing challenging behaviors. The role also includes real-time digital data collection and creating a positive learning environment tailored to each child's care plan.
