About The Position
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Up to $25.50/hr. ABA Support Services is growing and looking for compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. They have full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling and no weekends. The pay is competitive, up to $25.50/hour, based on education, credentials, and experience. This role involves working directly with children to help them develop meaningful skills and make progress toward individualized goals. You will implement treatment plans under the guidance of the clinical team, collect data, collaborate with supervisors, and provide one-on-one behavioral support in various settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and the community.
Requirements
- Background clearances are required for this position.
- A willingness to learn, dependability, and a commitment to supporting our clients are essential.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- This is an in-person position, with services provided wherever the client is located, including school, home, and clinic-based settings.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training!
- Candidates with backgrounds in psychology, education, behavioral health, ABA, childcare, social services, or other related fields are of interest.
