About The Position
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Up to $25.50/hr. ABA Support Services is growing and looking for compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. They have full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling and no weekends. The role involves working directly with children to help them develop meaningful skills and make progress toward individualized goals. This includes implementing treatment plans, collecting data, collaborating with supervisors, and providing one-on-one behavioral support in various settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/AA degree (60 credits) with previous experience preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience working with children required.
- Willingness to learn and reliability is a must.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Completed background clearances required prior to date of hire.

- Experienced RBT
- Backgrounds in psychology, education, behavioral health, ABA, childcare, social services, or other related fields.
