About The Position

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
• Minimum 500-hour clinical practicum supervised by a licensed psychologist.
• Demonstrated continuing education in Neuropsychology.
• Three years of supervised experience in neuropsychological test administration.
• Proficiency in administering and scoring neuropsychological test protocols.
• Strong analytical ability to administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical software and research protocols.
• Completion of a statistics course.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board as either a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Master's or PhD) or Licensed Psychologist.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care through evidence-based assessment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience training other professionals in neuropsychometrics and test administration.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical or supervisory settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for junior and senior psychometrists, externs, interns, and fellows.
• Ensure team members are proficient in neuropsychological test administration, scoring, and best practices.
• Promote ongoing learning and professional development across the division.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for neuropsychological testing and scoring.
• Monitor consistency and accuracy across assessment procedures.
• Implement processes that support high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to designated team members.
• Support staff skill development and career growth, and promote a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
• Maintain testing materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Support efficient workflows and collaborate with providers and staff to optimize assessment services.
• Administer and score comprehensive neuropsychological testing batteries.
• Conduct patient interviews and gather relevant clinical information.
• Prepare detailed reports that contribute to diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Maintain high standards of clinical accuracy and professionalism.
