About The Position

The Production Supervisor is a key management position with significant involvement and essential responsibility for overall operational results during the off shifts. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor shall safely produce and deliver a quality product and service on time and cost effectively. This role is responsible for the production of product and coaches and develops employees on a daily basis to safely produce products with the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Production schedules may vary week to week, and candidates must have availability to work on weekends to meet production demands.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six years of experience in a related role.
  • Successful candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Shall be responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
  • This position requires regular and prompt attendance during the working hours scheduled by the Department Manager.
