About The Position

Grande is now hiring for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Chilton, offering a unique opportunity to help build a team, culture, and operation from the ground up. As a Weekend Nights Leader, Manufacturing, you will lead nightly production activities, support continuous improvement efforts, and help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play an important role in driving operational performance, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and creating a positive, accountable, and engaged work environment. In this role, you will lead and develop team members, monitor production goals, solve operational challenges, and promote a culture centered on safety, quality, and teamwork. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and support a high-performing manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate is a motivated people leader with experience in manufacturing operations, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping teams succeed. Requirements

  • High School or GED and 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Leadership, Industrial Tech or other related field strongly desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
  • Experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Proven track record of implementing TPM and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA guidelines, and GMPs.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical manuals, and SOPs.
