At Ando, we’re rebuilding messaging software for a human-agent collaborative era. It’s not enough for it to just “work” or be at parity with Slack. Ando needs to “feel” like it’s working alongside you - it needs to be fast, beautiful, helpful, and predictive. Ando needs to be good enough for our users to want to spend hours of their days in for their working lives, and convince their friends to do the same. We’re looking for founding engineers with strong product instincts and an obsessive attention to detail. Bonus points for speed demons. What we're doing at Ando Teams are already building agents and using them across Slack, email, and other tools. But these platforms weren't designed for human-AI collaboration. The answer isn't a better Slack though; we're rethinking communications from the ground up to support better collaboration between humans and agents.
