About The Position

The Product Listing Specialist is responsible for the identification, photographing and listing of inventory to be sold via online sales channels. This role involves creating and maintaining accurate, detailed, and optimized product listings across marketplaces and sales channels, researching product specifications and market information, and ensuring listing accuracy. The specialist will also manage inventory records, capture and edit product photographs, monitor listing quality, and meet performance goals. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with inventory organization and other operational tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and position oneself as needed to photograph products from various angles.
  • Frequently climb ladders or use elevated platforms to access and organize inventory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Frequently lift, carry, move, and position inventory items and containers weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to visually inspect products, identify part numbers, and review listing information with precision.
  • Ability to work efficiently in both office and warehouse environments.
