About The Position

The Process Engineer III will lead the planning and implementation of new production lines, coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate platforms and processes are selected for new products, will diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve production process issues, and provide support and guidance to junior process engineers. This role fosters a culture where all employees share a common purpose and comply with applicable laws and Guiding Principles. The position involves consulting on business process engineering, process measurements, change management, education, and training, as well as identifying opportunities for business process improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role supports the development of new products and processes for plastic forming and secondary processes, assists in the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, and directs the management of outsourced projects. It incorporates a common process methodology in all re-engineering processes and works with plant leaders and Engineering during the transfer of new processes to Production. The engineer will plan and carry out experiments, provide data analysis to define new process parameters and control limits, and provide upgrades to process controls. Statistical methods will be used for product and process analysis, and resolutions to routine technical problems will be developed and executed within timelines. The role includes participating in reviews of product and mold designs, taking responsibility for personal and professional growth, actively participating in internal departmental activities, project reviews, and department meetings. The engineer will work independently with minimal to no supervision and train blow mold operators and equipment mechanics. Other duties may be assigned by leadership. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Requirements
