About The Position
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. This role involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions, encouraging character development, utilizing a curriculum and early childhood development techniques, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. The job is rewarding and focuses on making a positive impact on children's lives through soccer.
Requirements

- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 9 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

- The training rate is $15/hour
- After completing training, pay is $20/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time).
