About The Position

Requirements

• Six months of professional teaching experience is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

• One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
• An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and use its characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
