Requirements
- A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!) AND CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Strength & Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day.

Responsibilities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
- Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas.
- Guide playful activities indoors and out—from movement and dance to ninja and more!
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
- Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.
