About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of various dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will be responsible for cutting, chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients for the chefs. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes under the supervision of the chefs
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
