Working Plumbing Foreman

About The Position
Breakthrough MEP is a growing commercial plumbing contractor specializing in multifamily, hospitality, and light commercial construction. We’re hiring a Working Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, maintain production, and deliver high-quality installations on active jobsites in the Denver Metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced plumber who can run a crew, read plans, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of plumbing construction experience
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Plumber, or Crew Leader
- Experience with multifamily, apartment, hotel, or commercial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate crews on site
- Ability to manage daily production, schedules, and job site workflow
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and job site safety practices
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- Journeyman plumbing license or ability to obtain within 6 months required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines

- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead daily commercial plumbing installation work
- Supervise helpers, apprentices, and subcontract labor
- Read construction plans and specifications
- Plan daily tasks and keep crews productive
- Coordinate materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Perform quality checks to ensure code compliance
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce PPE requirements
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and GCs
- Provide daily documentation and photos (Procore preferred)
