About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a Full-Time PTA for our North Naples clinic. This outpatient position offers the opportunity to make a real difference while working alongside an experienced, supportive team. We provide mentorship, continuing education, and support needed to build a rewarding long-term career. The role involves an average of 12 patients per day with one-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions in a collaborative outpatient environment focusing on Orthopedic, Vestibular, Balance & Neurological rehabilitation. The clinic utilizes AI-assisted documentation technology and modern rehabilitation equipment, fostering a friendly, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait activities, and functional mobility
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals
  • Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
  • Help create an exceptional patient experience
