Requirements

  • Education & Experience: A college degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Impact Reporting: Dive deep into impact reports, calculate and communicate results, all while demonstrating razor-sharp attention to detail and critical thinking. Your reports will shape our strategies and support our Core Values.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover inefficiencies and inaccuracies. Your keen insights will identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Seize every analysis as a chance to pinpoint and rectify suboptimal processes or procedures. Your recommendations will directly enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative Support: Work alongside internal teams to refine processes and outcomes. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Build strong relationships across teams, serving as a go-to resource for process documentation, troubleshooting, and more.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other exciting duties as assigned by management, continuously expanding your impact and growth within our organization.
