Requirements
- Compliance with Massachusetts pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities
- Verifying and dispensing prescriptions accurately and in compliance with Massachusetts pharmacy regulations.
- Providing patient counseling, medication education, and clinical support to promote medication adherence and positive health outcomes.
- Collaborating with providers, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Supporting pharmacy operations, including workflow management, documentation, inventory oversight, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work across various clinical and community health center pharmacy settings as needed.
- Upholding NeighborHealth's commitment to equitable, patient-centered care by ensuring patients have timely access to medications, clinical expertise, and pharmacy services that support improved health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
