About The Position

As the Clinical Pharmacist IV, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.

Requirements

  • Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
  • Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
  • 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
  • BLS, ACLS and/or PALS
  • Board Certification within 2 years of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
  • 4 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
