About The Position

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
• 3-5 years of Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations required for the Pool PCT
• 5-7 years of Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations required for the Float PCT
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to behavioral health patients working under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) in person or telephonic
• Focus on direct patient care as directed and delegated by the RN, Milieu Lead, Operation Supervisor, Operations Administrator, or Program Manager
• Ensure the safety of the unit they are assigned to
• Identify environmental and patient specific safety concerns
• Elevate safety concerns to the RN, RN Supervisor, Operation Supervisor, or designee as needed
